1/ everything is near : beach, swimming pool, spa, amusement park, parking 2/the personnel is very kind and professional 3/the other customers were polite and well mannered

more kitchenware (the one in our room was very very minimal) maybe a dehumidifer in the room ? I know the A/C has a dry option, but still it's humid next time if they are still available we will book a larger room, the one we had was a little small for a family of 4, but I can't complain, that was the last room available

Didn't have breakfast here. Location was great being so close to the beach.

Me husband slipped in the tub and fell on to the floor hitting his head against the toilet while his legs were still caught in the tub. Luckily he remained alert and was able to stand up but with great difficulty. Because he was right inside the door I would have had to call 911 if he couldn't. I recommended to the staff that the use of safety strips in the tub would insure a safer shower and was informed that they have mats for those who request them. It may be more prudent if the staff asked if a mat may be needed.

Very loud- not restful at all & it wasn’t even peak season

This location was so close to the beach. Also it had a pool/hot tub area along with a grilling area and tables for outside dining
