As we drove up, a prostitute tried to solicit us, and then we went into the room and the window was open and couldn’t be closed. There were bloodstains on the sheets and the pillows were filthy so we immediately went back and told him we couldn’t stay, but they said we couldn’t get a refund

I still haven't gotten my deposit back. I've called three times it should only take a few days at the most to put it back on my card. I stayed on 7/3/24- 7/7/24. There were cock roaches and bed bugs I also found used drug needles and other paraphernalia in the dresser drawer.

Bed bugs, roaches, staff was rude as can be, still have not returned my deposit, bed so old it was broken down, no pillow, no towels available, wifi only works if you go outside

Do you have a tent? You would be more comfortable in a tent than this place. The place looks like it was condemned. Many of the near by places listed are long ago shut. The neighborhood has been boarded up. This is clearly a project and the owners are in over their heads. The room I was offered was not ready for occupancy. I was willing to stay to support a small business. The key did not work in the lock, the AC unit was disgusting. The room was disgusting. The beds were like cots with mattresses on them. I have stayed in Hostels that were nicer for $15 a night. All the furniture looked like it was from a dumpster. The decor was not just vintage, it was decayed. The tub looked like a murder or Meth had taken place within. I wasn't there long enough to try the shower head, There was a large window that all other guests would walk in front of. It had a see through curtain that let in all the light as well. The wifi was extremely slow to non existent. I was only there a couple hours. I went to use the rest room and when I sat on the toilet, it cracked. Cracked and flooded the room. I tried to shut off the valve even though I am mobility impaired. It wouldn't budge. I went right away to the front desk and a maintenance guy came quite quickly. They moved me to another room. I went into the room. The friendly young man forgot to leave me the key. I used the bathroom in this new room. It had a little rusted out tub half sized I have only seen in Russia. The room was (if possible) worse than the first. The bed merely fell over when I sat on it. I went right to the front desk, handed them my remote and stated that I would have to find different accommodation. The maintenance guy clearly was trying hard to keep things barely functional but in his frustration he insulted me by suggesting that I did not know how to use a toilet. I almost laughed but I could see he was deadly serious. After driving for over 8 hours this was the last thing I needed.
