Very peacefully placed outside of town. So dark you can see the stars. Very quite. Slept like a rock. The beds were so comfy. Will definitely be back.

The location is nice. No bed bugs. Only one friendly staff member (young gal who checked us in and also does housekeeping).

Unit #39 Touusaint is not fit for rental. It is an old, dilapidated trailer with uneven floors. The carpet had multiple stains (guessing pet urine). The shower faucet handles didn’t work. We had to repair them twice just to get the shower to flow. The trailer was full of cobwebs, spiders, darkness and discomfort. The driveways at this property are full of massive potholes. We needed fresh towels and when I asked for them, a grumpy old lady working told me I should wash my own. I asked if I could take 3 fresh towels and bring her 3 dirty owns, she said there were no clean ones available. Overall, this entire property is outdated, overrun and not kept up. I would not recommend this place and encourage the owners to take a closer look at their property and these issues.

Semi-modern set up. Decent bed, coffee pot, fridge and freezer in room. Boat docks at back of property on the river leading to lake Erie for customers. Quick access to port clinton and lake erie.

The shower was terrible. So small. The shower head sprayed at about 6 foot, sprayed straight across into wall. Couldn't adjust shower head. The outside looks rundown,

Scummy. Dirty park. We paid way way way too much for what we got. The linens were stained and peed on.

Our room was clean and nice. It was well stocked with plenty of towels and supplies. The refrigerator was large and cold. The microwave and air conditioner worked well.

Perhaps an additional shelf or a couple hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.
