Ideal location! Convenient walking distance to Ogunquit , Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Restaurants and shopping abound. We reserved an oceanfront room. The view was amazing. Especially during the Memorial Day/Weekend 2025 Nor’Easter! The bed and pillows were a bit of heaven! Wonderful Continental breakfast. Friendly, warm staff. Looking forward to a return visit!

We had a perfect view of the ocean from our room. It was clean and comfortable. We might be coming back in the fall because we had such a positive experience. The continental breakfast was just enough to start us off on a busy day by the shore. 👍

"Beach getaway "

One night stay during school vacation. Kids enjoyed the ocean view room. Bed so comfortable they slept in late! They enjoyed the continental breakfast.
