The property was impeccable - rooms amazingly clean and smelled so good.

Location was great. Close to festival park.

The room needs a full length mirror. If you are 5 ft tall you cannot put your makeup on very well or see how you look. It might just be our case, but our mattress was really too soft.

Great staff, lovely place

Main check-in building offered complimentary coffee, tea and cold lemon water. Each room was allotted a small bag of ice per day. Our room had a mini fridge with freezer. Very nice, fresh, clean room and bed was comfortable. Room was not cramped. Blinds and privacy glass in windows.

All was excellent except 2 minor dings. The television screen was a little hard to watch with image shadows and bleed over. The AC was frigid and had to be turned off as it was very cold. The thermostat did not seem to function properly. But better cold than too hot and humid. I'm sure management will address these. However, outweighed by all else being wonderful and above expectation. We would stay there again!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable if you like firm beds. Shower was nice although the bathroom was small. There is an outdoor fire pit area with music. Coffee and tea as well as lemon water is supplied. The staff is great.

No coffee in the room. Hard pillows. Parking is tight.

Easy walk to waterfront area and much more affordable than lodging by the waterfront.

Parking area is a little tight, but no big deal.
