Moosewood Inn

The room was so clean! Honestly the cleanest I've ever seen when going on vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay and would definitely book here again!

The accommodations were as expected. This is a motel with a perfect motif for the area. Log cabin look and feel. Located away from the city of st ignace. Close to the casino for a fun night out. Nicole is a very pleasant hostess. Nice amenities in the room, coffee, teas, etc. Huge bathroom. Nicely decorated. No Pets Allowed.....

The lighting on the walls was a little much. I like the lights in the ceiling and lamp. the walls fixtures could use softer color bulbs. But this is not a deal breaker for staying again.

What a lovely place to stay! Moosewood Inn has been updated in the last three years or so, and we found it to be absolutely charming. We stayed in a Northern Lights-themed room, and it was wonderfully comfortable, clean, and cozy. Because the motel is at the end of town, it was quieter and perfect for our stay. The owners are friendly, informative, and completely invested in making us, as guests, feel special and most welcomed. Thank you, Brian and Nicole, for a delightful stay.

Would have been nice to have a bath after a day on our bikes, but the accommodation was excellent
