The location was about it

The room was dirty, it was out dated, smelt off and the staff less than pleasant to deal with. I felt like I was bothering them by checking in when I had a reservation.

A modest little room with all the basics; good bathroom.

There was aa terrible noise from some kind of air conditioner or heater or something that went off and on all night. Terrible grinding sound. Extremely hard to sleep.

The tv was ok when it was working

No breakfast, stained towels, dirty floor, low water pressure, clogged sink, tv worked half the time, no coffee pot, the people that live there are inconsiderate and loud drunks, tiny tiny area for parking, heater/ac is loud and ancient, run down crap hole thats too expensive

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and I plan to stay there every time I go there. I highly recommend it. It is a very quiet and clean place and the workers are very friendly.
