The location is exceptional. We have stayed here a few times & hope when the ownership changes that the prices don’t.

Here’s a polished, clear review that keeps your concerns but flows better: ⸻ The room layout and setup were quite disappointing. The toilet was extremely low—more like a child’s size—which was very uncomfortable. The blinds didn’t close properly, even after staff attempted to fix them, which affected both privacy and light control. There was no convenient space near the door to place everyday items like keys, a purse, or a water bottle, which made things feel cluttered right away. I also didn’t like that the coffee maker was placed on the vanity, leaving very limited room for toiletries. The only table in the room was on the opposite side and already had items on it, making it impractical to use. Storage was also lacking, with only two drawers available for clothing. Overall, I couldn’t imagine staying here for an extended visit—it just didn’t feel functional or comfortable.

The sea grass right in front of our balcony was full of garbage. I know it is off season but storing on my balcony trying to enjoy the ocean , i shouldnt be looking at plastic bags and garbage

It was right next door it was convenient and great

The only thing since I’m getting older now is it’s harder to bring up my suitcases because I arrive alone. But that’s it. Everything was nice

The staff was excellent , very helpful. The location is great very close to the beach and boardwalk

The only thing we didn't like was the air condition in the room. It kept shutting off and then coming back on, it was good for sleeping at night. Another thing tents should not be allowed on the beach we got to the beach early and someone came and put a tent up right in front of us, it blocked our whole view in front of us. We had the tent pretty much in our faces.
