Management was confused on check I. Then tried to give my room key to someone else

The hotel staff gave us a key to a room that already had someone in it. Fortunately the person in the room had already locked the deadbolt on the door, and we did not walk in on them. They were obviously confused and probably alarmed at the sound of someone trying to repeatedly enter their room at night - potentially a dangerous misunderstanding for both sides. (The staff from the hotel also tried to open the door before realizing their error.) It turns out the hotel moved someone into the room due to a maintenance issue with the other rooms. In the end, they had no room left for us and refunded us. We were left to find another hotel at 10:00pm. Needless to say, not a great experience. The hotel also didn’t seem very nice but we didn’t see the inside of a room, so that’s hard to judge.

Good location.

Shower was broken.

The rooms were very big the cleaning lady and the front desk worker was great

There was no pool

The location is excellent if you want to be near all of the springs. The sheets in bed was clean.

They have got to mop their floors. My kids feet kept turning black and I didn't understand why. Until we wash them and they started walking around again and they were black.
