The staff and the room were completely satisfactory

There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine. One suggestion might be to offer an ice bucket at check in and let the guest know there are no ice machines on site, but if you want ice you can get it from the office.

"Good for a good night’ sleep after a long day"

It was much better staying here than on the main street in Long Beach. Very friendly welcome. Warm, comfortable, clean and a good shower. And Ilwaco is very interesting, look around the working harbour and go to the Lewis and Clark interpretive center. We went up there, but couldn’t find it but the scenery was beautiful. To say again, our hosts were great.

We thought we might get a meal up the road in Long Beach, but it was all full or fast food 😞. Not many places seemed open in Ilwaco, but that might have been because it was Sunday. Room microwave worked!
