Sitting out on the sandy area near the doc.

Beds are low with the 2 full-size, bathroom small, shower curtain dirty.

There was nothing I did not like.

VERY Cute room and while small, there seemed to be a lot of thought in the layout such that lighting (lots - thank you!),mirrors, places to stash (drawers, shelves, etc) stuff, refrigerator and coffee area, table, etc worked perfectly. Since the nights were cool we did not have to run the AC and it was soooo wonderfully quiet - really nice peaceful area. Was also nice we really did not have to use a front desk, could just go to room. The property is on the water with a long pier and beautiful gardens - very lovely setting.

Beautiful tiles in entry and bathroom but could be mopped better and some areas on doors and walls could use some dusting. But it really wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed the fact we had lotion but some soap for sink would be helpful too.

Very cute, quiet place. We stayed in the John Lennon room. All the rooms have a theme. Beach there and places to sit around a bonfire. We didn't because it was chilly and we were tired. Excellent place to watch the sunset. Would stay there again.

There was a restaurant right next door but it wasn't open. Luckily there was another restaurant within a 1/8 a mile. Didn't look like much but had good food and they were very friendly.

The location, the restaurant and staff, the view of the water, the abundance of outside seating at the pier.

The carpet was not vacuumed. Black dog hair on rugs. Bathroom had not been moped, bar of soap the size of a 50 cent piece. Did not appear to have been dusted in a while. Coffee maker was dusty and tank still had water in it from last tenant. Outside trash cans full. Needs onsite office and staff

Beautiful location with access to sandy beach, pier, and water sports. The restaurant wasn't open but from the sounds of it the food is top notch.

I would have liked more knowledge that there was no breakfast or breakfast food so we could prepare.

Loved it , wish I could stay monthly but expensive
