The rooms were run down & furniture was too. They had extension cords run out along the walls. The Mini Fridge would not turn on. I had to have my room changed on the floor level because all the windows were unable to lock. The other room was bad too. But the windows did lock. I found a pair of panties under the bed. Found some pubic hair in the bath tub. And i had to wipe down the Toilet Seat because it looked dirty.

Sinceramente, nada. La única interacción positiva fue que el empleado accedió a cambiarme de habitación cuando reporté el problema.

La experiencia fue muy desagradable. La habitación se veía extremadamente vieja y con poca higiene. En el baño había una cucaracha muerta con hormigas. Me sentí tan incómoda que ni siquiera quise encender las luces ni tocar nada. Pedí cambio de cuarto y el segundo estaba en condiciones muy similares. Finalmente decidí devolver la llave e irme a otro hotel. Por el precio que cobran (76 dólares la noche), esperaba un estándar mínimo de limpieza, y no lo encontré. Fue decepcionante.

Location was good.

The bathroom is in need of attention. Found bugs in the unit. pillows were flat and hard. it felt like we were sleeping on a mattress foundation rather than a mattress.
