Great Western Inn & Suites

The room was relatively clean.

All of the sheets and pillowcases had visible stains. There was garbage in the parking lot. The breakfast had very little options.

No ADA compliant rooms. Grounds were not properly cared for. Could not take a shower in the morning as ants were crawling all over it. Went to talk it over with the manager at his office and met him over my room. No recompense just an offer to go to another room and get my shower. (I was dressed and ready to leave) Breakfast was horrible. Orange juice was barely tasting like Koolaid. Went to put jelly on toast and it was so petrified that we could even get it out of the little containers to spread out on the toast.

Everything is nice and well kept.

except the pillows, that i found rock solid hard pillows. didn't have a good sleep.

There was no pool or hot tub as advertised and pictured on both booking.com and a billboard just down the street from the motel. The room had holes in the archway to the restroom area, the shower was not very hot, the faucet would not switch all the way over to shower, and the bathtub did not drain so I was standing in water as I showered off. The beds and pillows were extra firm to the point of uncomfortable. We checked out after the first night and found other accommodations.
