Great Western Inn & Suites

The girl at the front desk was awesome! She was accommodating and very friendly. I forgot her name but she was new. If it weren't for her we would not have been able to check-in to the hotel at all.

The bed was a little lumpy but I was still able to sleep. So not too bad.

Good value!!!

Room was nice and clean.

The breakfast bar did not have many options. The area was clean. The desk person was pleasent. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Although we experienced difficulty with the T.V. upon turning on, staff arrived in the stated time and worked on it to correct the issue. Breakfast was adequate with standard waffles, cereal, toast, small fruit and muffins. We liked the overhead fan, cooling A/C and bed was comfortable. Also, despite most of the rooms being filled, it was a quiet and peaceful stay.

There was no hair dryer, but we were provided one by our request. One bottle of shampoo and no other basics except soap provided. No coffee maker in room.

Convenient location.

Entire facility is more worn down than indicated. Room was not very clean.
