Kensington Inn - Howell

I thought the staff was very nice and the room was clean . And it is right off the highway . And the pet deposit was small . I like these older hotels and hope they can make some improvements .

Unfortunately the room has just seen better days . Tile floor was cracked and wallpaper was peeling . I think because we had a dog we probably didn't get the best room which I kind of understand . The jacuzzi tub was huge but old and loud . I could have saved thirty dollars a night by staying in a regular room . The price was very good if you just need a clean warm bed to sleep in .

Staff very nice, good location, King bed comfortable once you could get up on it. The room also had a very nice refrigerator that was larger than most.

The bed was very high and a little difficult to get in. I literally needed a step stool. The bathroom door would not close. If you need clean towels you have to take your dirty towels to the office to exchange. Lots of peeling wallpaper. The remote for the TV was bad. You could turn on the TV and enter channel numbers but the buttons to increase/decrease volume or stations did not work. We visit the area a lot and hope they can make some improvements because we would like to stay there again.

Clean comfortable.

TV volume could not control very low.

Very friendly front desk. Good area. Had everything I needed.
