The price

The staff was very disrespectful. They didn't answer the phone. When they did answer the phone they had a lot of attitude and hung up on me. The bathroom had a hole in the door. The fridge froze ur food. The pool was out of service. The towels and wash cloths were dirty. You had to check in at a completely different property and only received a code no door key. You can only check in between 3 and 9 pm or you have to pay a fee. The neighborhood was very sketchy and filled with tweakers and pros****. The screen on the window was damaged and unsecure.

I could not even check in I came at the location and no one was there

I could not even check in I came at the location and no one was there. You guys cancel my reservation and took my money. Nowhere did I see or was warn before getting into getting a reservation and no way to get in touch with costumer service. What a horrible experience I want my money back.

close to downtown

they woke me up early so they could spray my room. one side of bed was broken so i kept sinking in the mattress very uncomfortable.

It's very quiet, and very conveniently close to a Terrible's store.

Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn't active, the owner did explain why this was so. Out of his control,
