Door lock broken, a lot of noise from the road in front of the hotel.

The sheets on the bed had a horrible smell to them and the room was half cleaned. When I checked into my rooms, there were still clothes from someone else in the dresser and my second room had a large puddle of water in the middle of the floor that we were responsible for cleaning. After driving around all day in this TX heat looking for a place to stay because the whole city had no power, the last thing I wanted to do when I checked into my room was clean up a mess that shouldn't have been there.

A few cockroaches in the room. Less than a quarter roll of toilet paper, had to walk to the front desk, couldn't call because the phone in the room wasn't connected

no coffee maker or meal service close by.

I loved that even though it was an older building, the rooms were exceptionally in great condition. Clean, sanitary. Overall pleased.

I was pleased with everything. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and peaceful.
