The location is perfect! Just a short walk to Springdale Shuttle Stop #5 to get to Zion and so many restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. My kids loved the pool with the slide and were happily surprised by the pool toys. I enjoyed the view from the pool. Our two bedroom suite was a great size for our family. It has been updated, the AC worked, it was clean, and there were lots of little toiletries. The breakfast vouchers provided to use at the restaurant next door was of great value - one entree and one beverage. All we had to cover was the tip. They opened as early as 6 am, which was nice. They were responsive to any problems we had, which is always wonderful.

The oven kept tripping the circuit breaker, which actually wasn't a big issue but wish we would have known about it before we bought frozen pizzas. The stovetop itself didn't trip the breaker, but the one big heating element didn't work. However, I want to mention that when we brought this up to the front desk, they quickly tried to remedy it. They even brought us a double hot plate. Also, when we discovered the can opener was broken, they had a new one to us within minutes.

This is the second time we have stayed here.. Great location,clean and comfortable.

Pretty much everything, good communication, well located, the cleaning crew was very professional.

I didn't have more days off to continue with my adventure in Zion.
