Everything. Especially the staff. They were very kind and helpful. Our room was great and very clean. Loved the quaintness and ambiance of our room #6. Bonus, we were right by the lobby and the coffee. Loved the free snacks in the lobby. This hotel pays great attention to detail in every aspect. Will definitely stay there again.

The woman at the reception welcomed us like friends she hadn't seen for a while. She explained about the history of the lodging and recommended an outstanding restaurant for lunch. Don't miss the Raven! The location is only a few blocks from the heart of Prescott. Our room was cozy but provided everything we needed, including a comfortable bed.

The table lamps could have used brighter bulbs.
