Upstairs people to noisy all night long. I called front desk and no answer. Supposedly it’s a 24 hr hotel. Floor was dirty. Couldn’t walk barefoot.

Renovated rooms
Although rooms were renovated, clearly the mattresses were not replaced, which we found out AFTER we returned home with BEDBUG bites all over us!!!!!!!!!
