It being clean was a 10/10 for me!!! No matter if this is a 5 star place or not it can be cleaned like one and this place was.

The shower part to turn on the water broke off that is the only down side.

Easy check in/check out . Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast and the pool was closed and to much traffic 🚦

I called hotel before making reservations to make sure the seasonal outdoor pool was going to be open on MAY 19TH. As it was stated on the website it would be, I called the 18th to verify. I was told YES the pool was being filled that day, and would be open the next day on the 19th. I did make it very clear that the pool was the biggest reason I was booking with them as it’s my child’s birthday. I made my reservation the next day via 3rd party for better rates. When I arrived the 21st I was told the pool was not open yet… I was also lied to about when it was filled one person in the front said it was filled the 20th and one said it was filled the morning of the 21st. Very confusing they can’t even get the facts straight… I’d like to ADD I work RIGHT BEHIND THE HOTEL, and CAN verify the pool had been filled since the beginning of the week. Being lied to on my first experience with this hotel didn’t leave a very good impression.

Did not partake of the breakfast.
