Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and check-in at the property. Guests found smoking in a nonsmoking room will be charged a fee of USD 250.00. Stain charges can be anywhere between $50 to $100 or the full replacement cost, as determined by the manager, depending on the extent and severity of the damage. If the full replacement cost is paid, the item is considered sold and the guest may remove the item from the property. Additional charges are applicable for any other additional cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning charges for stained walls, vomit, spills on carpet, and/or broken furniture and fittings. The exact charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
