The heated outdoor pool the staff the ocean its the perfect place

Only thing which is small is didnt see a grill..but I could've overlooked it.

The location and views were perfect. I loved driving through the neighborhoods to get to the hotel that gave me the Cape Cod feeling I was hoping for. Unfortunately the weather was horrible the entire time we were there so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor activities the hotel offers but they looked lovely. The staff on check in and check out were amazing and we would absolutely stay there again in room 32.

While it was a bit dated, I actually found it charming and again, connects you to the Cape feeling.

There wasn't any diet coke in the vending machine and the people upstairs were very inconsiderate as they were walking around like elephants.
