Delux Inn Tulsa

We paid for 2 rooms, ended up only staying in 1. A waste of money.The bathroom in the room that we did not stay in had literal clumps of hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat. It obviously had not been cleaned before we got there. Both rooms had cigarette burns all over the blankets, both rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke, and the smoke alarm was just barely dangling from the ceiling from the room that we did end up staying in. When I told the office of the issues upon check out the next morning, I was told we should have come and told them and they would have put my mother in a different room, although they had a sign that said no vacancy. In my defense, after checking in, my mom had to leave for work and did not even see her room until almost 11 PM. By that time it was too late to go downstairs and let the office know that she needed a clean room. Both rooms were extremely filthy, but the one that had the clump of hair on the bathroom wall takes the cake. I've uploaded pics of the hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat.

Bed was OK, but that's about it

The refrigerator was not functioning, and the manager was "surprised" and could not fix it, Tub was a bit dirty. The water was barely hot. No ice machine - had to go to office and wait. There was no plug for the basin. When we tried to put the door security lock(s) in place, there were none. The main lock that the key card opened was all there was. The typical levered latch did not engage into the frame and the was no typical flip item to prevent the door from opening. We propped a chair under the door handle for added protection. The room, #104, was right next to the office and hard to imagine the manager did not know the issues with the room. No breakfast offerings. Clearly Booking.com should not list this type o property in your collection. At best this was a $29.99 per night room. Even if it was, we would not be happy with the room. You should check it out for yourselves. I will be very cautious with Booking.com listings..
