"How to ruin your holiday"

1.0

Worst experience on a glamping I have ever had. We were there on Devember 30th and temperature outside was 0°, Inside we had the same temperature. After 1h the gas heater wasn't able to warm up the room and the power battery run out of charge so it was impossible to stay there. Cold and dark place with no water connection and terrible indication to reach the place! The road is unaccessible if you don't have a big 4WD and to me it looks also really dangerous for families. I do not suggest that place if not during summer. The price is out of range and for sure there is nothing about the desert. The place is on top of a mountain.

Really cold, unaccessible road and no water or power connection in the tent

"More like sage desert nightmare"

2.0

False advertising. Not in the desert! It is in the mountains. Extremely difficult access road, took over 1hour to drive 12 miles to the property. Should NOT be available to rent in the spring unless weather is amenable for camping. No stargazing happened as we got buried in 2 inches of snow overnight. Heating was a propane heater 😳 a terrible idea, due to risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. We used the battery provided instead and huddled under an electric blanket but the battery ran out at 4 am.

"A unique glamping experience in a one-of-a-kind structure set in a beautiful and remote location"

10.0

This was an incredible experience unlike any other we've had. We loved how remote the dome was and all of the amenities that were available that we didn't expect like sleeping bags, a fridge, extra camping lanterns, fire starters, etc. While the true spirit of camping usually involves no wifi we are so grateful wifi was made available given how remote we were and the fact that we had to use wifi to plan our next day. This property is well cared for and a lot of thought and effort went into the decor/vibe. I would 100% love to visit again.

The chairs provided outside were not very comfortable and all but one of them was broken. The nice wooden bench was also nearly completely destroyed and unusable. I would also recommend a small binder explaining how to turn on the inverter/solar equipment so the dome has power for lights, etc. Thankfully, my very handy husband was able to figure it out. The freezer was working well but the refrigerator portion was not working at all. I am really having to nitpick here because for a glamping experience this was very enjoyable.

"Amazingly remote and unique experience with views that can’t be beat!"

10.0

The location is remote and the sky was filled with stars. The bed was comfortable and the views were fantastic! The comforter was great for the night temperature dip and there were other sleeping bags provided in case you got cold. I loved that the composting toilet (not stinky) was inside. This is a really well appointed glamping experience that I can’t wait to do again.

The driveway was not traversable with an AWD. It needs to be regraded after the recent rains. We parked on the bottom and hiked our stuff up. Owner did warn me to download instructions but I didn’t realize there were more than 1 page and spent the night without WiFi (totally my fault just a heads up to future guests). Luckily we were able to get in, figure out the light situation, and had a blast.
