Clean and affordable room with good A/C

Somewhat rundown complex

The entire motel facility had been renovated very well and was really nice. The price and location were great for us.

Staff was friendly with smooth checkin.

Lumpy mattress. No view. Sad furnishings. Surprised by the high ratings especially given the high price.

The rooms are spacious and have kitchens at a reasonable price.

The Hotel is in a mixed-use area, not within an easy walk to tourist locations, but it works for me with a car.

The ability to be able to make our meals. Being close to water.

The fact that they were remodeling the rooms. We had a King size bed with a kitchen area. When checking out the kitchen there were no dishes, eating utensils or cooking utensils.

Kinda out dated but I don’t care. Nothing in the kitchen to cook with or eat with or nothing. Bring your own kitchen supplies
