Mattress was much too soft

Room has very old furniture A towel was dirty (looked like foot prints on it)

Great location for on and off the interstate. Breakfast was ok for what the room rate was. We love the retro lobby area.

The room was comfy but could use some modernization

The breakfast was basic but perfect for my needs- there were options for either sitting down, or something I could grab on the way to work. Several small pastries, cereals, milk, yoghurts, and plenty of hot fresh coffee. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM on weekdays and alas I had to leave before then, but there was generally a lot of stuff already out by then, and importantly, at least one if not two large pots of coffee were ready for anyone who needed a pick-me-up before work. The inn was clean, comfortable, and had all the basics that one needs to get cleaned up after work, relax, rest, sleep, and get ready the next day. The parking lot does share an entrance with the Taco Bell next door, but I never had any difficulty getting in and out; there seems to be enough space to get past, provided the drivers in the drive-thru don't move their vehicles wayyyy over.

Honestly everything was good except that breakfast, officially at least, started a little bit late for my needs (to be at work by 7 I had to leave before 6:30) although this was mitigated by the fact that it seems everything was pretty much laid out before then. It would have been nice if there was a way to request a to-go box or something the night before, for those who start work at "oh no, why" o'clock (e.g. people who have to leave at like 4:30 or 5).

Great price. Good location within walking distance to Perkins, Burger King, Taco Bell. Front staff very nice and helpful. Good choice for a one night stay.

The bed was very firm, which, for me was very uncomfortable. No protein choices for breakfast.

I made a reservation from the road, showed up to check in around 10pm, and no one was there at the front desk. I waited for 10-15 min. I called there # and rang the bell and never got anyone. I sent an email that evening. Eventually I left and got accomodations elsewhere. Now, days later, they are trying to tell me that I stayed there (which I didn't) and that I left stuff in the room (which I was never in) and that I extended the room stay for more days while I was on-site (which I wasn't) I just spoke to someone to resolve it but they continue to maintain I checked in for a wedding (which I did not). The whole thing feels like a scam
