AmericInn Motel - Monticello

Friendly staff. Hotel is a little dated but room was clean.

Breakfast is super basic. Bread to make toast and cereal. Wifi seemed to slow. Had a difficult time streaming to watch tv.

it was nice, quiet and comfortable.

bedsheets where not washed and the carpet was not vacuumed. There were food crumbs all over.

I really like the location.It has a small town feel.Everything was great!

Bed was not comfortable and sheets were thin.

GREAT customer service and very affordable room. Booking didn't give us an option of a double room so we chose a single room and my son was going to sleep on the floor. The lady at the front desk offered extra pillows and blankets, then upgraded us for free to the last double room they had available.

A bit outdated but, for the price, worth it.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms and slept well. Was even spoken to by my first name. I liked that. I am glad they have some items for breakfast in the morning so I did not need to stop at a restaurant.

Not sure what the deal was with the ice machine when first trying to get ice.. I think it was trying to make it. All that started to come out was like slush with a few cubes. Then nothing. Came back late evening and was better.
