"What you would expect. Playground was a plus. Great location"

Large playground for the kids. It was wonderful! Views around the motel were great. Location was within 20 minutes of North Conway. About 10 minutes from Story Land.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Great place to stay if you are hiking in the white mountains. Only thing is theres no breakfast, but for the price you cant beat it

Location is great. With a little bit of driving there is a lot of stuff to do.

Bed was uncomfortable. Had a hard time sleeping. Will come back again but, please get new mattresses! 🙏

"Nice stay off the beaten path."

better than I expected for the price paid. Main room was renovated recently, clean and warm.

The bathroom had not been renovated in years, but everything thing worked.
