"Very clean rooms"

The rooms were clean, staff was helpful with suggestions for the area. The playground area was amazing and unique the kids had fun. It was quiet and offered amenities to make sure you felt welcomed. We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Great place to stay with family. Very good play structutres for kids. Beautiful open sky swimming pool. Clean room. The motel owner was very friendly and take care of everything. Overall great place for stay.

"Great family spot right in the middle of everything!"

We stayed at North Colony for the Labor Day weekend and it was the perfect location for our family of 4. We stayed in a 1 bedroom cottage and were able to put our 2 teens in the bedroom and my husband and I shared the queen bed in the main living space. Great grounds, plenty of space, pool, and playgrounds. The owners, Paul and Donna, helped guide us to various destinations and the kids loved grabbing extra snacks, free at the check-in area. We visited Jackson Falls, Bretton Woods, and Glen Ellis Falls for a hearty dose of nature and also went to 5 local breweries and 2 distilleries. When we were ready for a grown ups night out, Donna recommended the Red Parka and the live music was awesome. 10 out of 10 will visit the area again and stay at North Colony. Everything we needed/wanted to do was never more than a 20 minute drive away!

Convenience of location, easy access for parking and unloading, private even with occupants next-door. Owners demonstrate a lot of care simple comforts for guests. Our show recent remodeling. Fun, safe, novel playground for children guests

"Exceptional"

This hotel was very clean. Nice comfortable beds. There is everything you need in the room. Wifi is automatic with out having to put in a password. TV had all streaming. The pool is very nice and clean. The playground was the best for my grandchildren! They absolutely loved it!! I will plan to stay there next year.
