Simple, clean, comfortable. Staff is really congenial and helpful. Coffee in the lobby AM, no “breakfast”, fine for me cause I don’t need cartooned scrambled eggs and danishes.

High 60 is a very busy road and the motel isn’t far from the train tracks so we used the window fan to drown out the noise. Glad of something for white noise

The location was perfect as we were in town to visit with Friona family members. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Nice towels too!

The lighting in the rooms was a little harsh. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but it was nice that coffee, tea and snacks were offered in the office.
