No complaints from me!

- The park is a 25-minute drive from the entrance of Zion National Park. - The grill and the fire pit created added value to our stay

- We stayed two nights in the wagon. The first evening and night, it was very windy, which caused the wagon to make a lot of noise. The cover of the wagon flapped loudly in the wind, and the wagon creaked and squeaked a lot. Because of this, we couldn't get a wink of sleep until 2:30 AM. After that, the wind calmed down, and we were thankfully able to get a few more hours of sleep. Since we were already dealing with jet lag from our long trip, the next day felt like a lost day. Around midnight, we were even so desperate that we first tried to reach someone from the park, but no one was available despite the brochure stating they would be reachable outside of hours; then we called nearby hotels, but unfortunately, they had no rooms available. Since we paid $350 per night for our stay, we asked the staff if we could get a partial refund for our first night. They didn't accommodate us, which is disappointing... For $350 per night, we expect at least a basic level of comfort where we can actually sleep. We understand that they can’t control the weather, but we believe that the accommodation should remain comfortable even in less than ideal conditions. - The bathroom, especially the shower, is very small for tall people. - Very limited space to unload your luggage. It would have been more convenient if the wagon had one king bed instead of two queen beds.

Loved how quiet the grounds were and the private fire out and grill! The gift bag was a nice touch too!

How comfortable the rooms were. Clean facilities, fantastic views every morning. Close to Zion national park.

Convenient location. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the room and would stay here again when visiting Zion.
