The property was very clean and well managed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were few amenities and updates, but the property was excellently maintained. The pool was nice. It was quiet, and I would absolutely stay here again. A great value.

"Stayed in an AirBNB two previous nights but did not feel safe so moved over to Kings for my last night. much better."

The owners of this property are very nice and accommodating! This older hotel was well kept and was a great choice for our stay in Hot Springs, within walking distance to Oaklawn Races.

The pillows weren't great
