Yankee Trail Motel

This will be our go to motel every time we go up to visit our Grandson attending Plymouth State University, The location is perfect for us, the rooms are exceptionally clean. The breakfast included with the price is outstanding and is located in a small building next to motel rooms. We thought it may be your typical waffle machine {Boy, were we wrong} plus everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Loved this Motel!

I'm thinking and guess what? I can not think of a single thing to complain about.

Absolutely loved the gentleman who checked us in. He took the time to show us the room, explain the wifi and television. We stayed on 2 separate occasions during different weeks and surprisingly got the same room both times.

When I initially booked the rooms through Booking.com, we were under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of the room. Thankfully, we took the time to read the facility "things to know" sheet that was left in the room beneath the television and found that the breakfast was an additional cost. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast before checking out so we don't have an opinion on the breakfast offerings.

Rooms were beautifully renovated and spotless. There was an array of amenities, as well as a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The highlight was the cooked to order breakfast each morning. An awesome experience and great value for the price! We will certainly be back!

Nice room, good shower and friendly owners and home cooked breakfast made the trip a nice experience. Easy chairs could be more comfortable but this minor detail did not affect our satisfaction.

Owners are so very friendly, hard working, and accommodating. Breakfast is to order and exceptional. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with fridge, coffee, and microwave. Place is very quiet and in a beautiful location.

Hot water could be a little hotter and a few more channels on TV but honestly this is a lovely, gem of a place, and I highly recommend it.

Good value for location during the busy vacation season. Included American-style breakfast was tasty and the perfect size! We appreciated the welcoming attitude and affection for our fussy pet dog. We might have used the grill and firepit if we'd booked a longer stay.
