Good customer service

They had roaches it smelled in the room and all you can smell was cigarettes they said no smoking but I seen people standing in the doorway of they hotel room smoking cigarettes.. just dirty

How big the room was and the price.

The room was filthy it looked like it hadn't been mopped in forever and the comforters need to be updated and/or washed. A little paint on the rooms would make it look a lot better.

I didn’t even get to stay. The staff at the front said their booking system didn’t show my payment that bares my legal first name which is the name on my driver's license. Booking.com use my nickname instead of my legal first name on their website and because the names don't match, he wouldn't give me the room even though there was a confirmation number, payment information, and my correct email address. I called the police to resolve the issue (because it was already past 1am) but he still insisted that he couldn't give me the room. I have travelled internationally and domestically and made reservations using Booking.com with the nickname and never had this problem. I had to leave at 1:30am and look for another place to sleep.

Also, there was a man sitting in the sofa in the waiting area, who was not a guest. Two other people (that made me think that they were perhaps gang members) came in a car and the three started talking in the lobby. I felt a weird vibe and got scared all of a sudden. I rushed to my car and left.

I loved the staff they were very warm and inviting

The hotel room was loaded with graffiti, the bathroom had mold on the ceilings, cigarette burns on the floor and tub, holes in the walls and no smoke alarm.

The location for myself. Access to markets, food, and shopping centers

The windows don't have screens on the windows. When showing the water doesn't doesn't stay consistent. It either gets very cold or very hot. The door doesn't lock in rm 210. Also, rooms need to be updated. The carpet is very dirty.

Nothing

Everything. Especially the bedding.

Just pay more and stay at chain motel
