Location, cleanliness

The Max train is located in front of the hotel, with trains passing, it was noisy before 8:00 p.m. With ear plugs, I didn't notice the noise and it didn't bother my wife while sleeping.

There was a regularly starting Sound Like the AC from I think one of the neighbors rooms during the whole night

"I will stay here again"

The owner was super nice with us. I had a friend arriving first because I was at work and she needed a place to store her suitcase. They gave her a key to the room earlier than the check in time and waited for me to arrive at 7pm to complete the registration. This made our day much easier than expected. I would definitely stay here again. The room had everything we needed and was big.
