Ice machine was broken

The staff I interacted with were extremely kind, helpful, and flexible (as I needed a slightly earlier check-in and slightly later check-out time). Really appreciated how easy everything was! Location was near where I needed to go and felt safe for a single woman traveling alone.

Not a "dislike," but just a note that I couldn't find a plug in the bathroom. I used one in the main room for hair appliances.

Comfortable clean room, great bed, lovely shower, most courteous interaction with staff, perfect location for my needs. Zero complaints, I will use it again, should the occasion arise

All first floor room. Easy parking

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. The kitchen had a four-burner electric stove with oven. Convenient parking right outside the door.

Better lighting in the kitchen would be nice: the ceiling fixture failed to throw much light on the stove and sink, made it hard to tell when washing dishes if they were really clean.

Loved that we got the corner room and even though we didn’t use it, the kitchenette was a nice addition. Staff was very attentive as well.

Wish the room had more light and mirrors to get ready each day. Only mirror available was the restroom.
