Best Motel Bowling Green

The clerk welcoming me was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and had the basic amenities covered. I stayed in room 18. The retro look of the room was unusual but oddly charming in its own way. The sheets and bedspread were clean and comfortable. I was happy to find that they have installed newer light fixtures above the bed that feature USB charging ports, as did the modern alarm clock. I noted, as others have, that the decor was dated and there was a bit of a musty smell. The AC/ heat unit in the window did a great job heating up the room. Getting the controls set just right required playing around a bit with the dial. The shower had decent pressure and hot water, but due to the placement of the sink it took a little maneuvering to get in and out. Overall, it was worth the money and I'd stay there again.

the owners were kind and welcoming. the accommodations were well appointed and well kept. i don’t have the ability to fit in as many road trips as i did twenty years ago, but this lil gem of a motel gave me a bit of nostalgia. my partner and i had the nest days and would return again in the future!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The whole motel has kind of a vintage vibe to it that is really cute. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I really liked that the television allowed me to connect to my streaming services. The location was great for visiting the college.

The room eas clean and comfortable but small. Being an older building it was a cold room even with the heater going. All the outlets worked which is always the case with the less expensive motels. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful and the coffee in the morning was good.

Quiet night, nobody in the neighboring room.

Heater and fridge were both loud. We turned both off at night.

I made this reservation for my brother. He seemed to think it was a little pricey for what he was getting. However, some of the 'fancier' motels in the area were priced twice as high for a busy weekend in Bowling Green, Ohio.

The room looked like it had been recently remodeled. It had a nice layout and many plugs for charging a few items.

The room had a musty smell. Like an old blanket, you take it out of a chest. I had Febreze in my car to make it better. They need to put a plug-in style scent in the room.

The only reason I gave this a four instead of a five was when I walked into the room it was kind of reminded me of when my grandma would get an old blanket out from her Chester drawers that had been used for a while it had that musky smell I carry for Breeze in my car cuz I travel so I spray the room and it was fine. The room has been remodeled everything is nice the light fixtures are nice there's a ton of ports to plug your outlets in I mean they have plugs they have USB a lot of lights nice lights big TV refrigerator microwave plenty of drawers nice desk. And it was at a great price and it's close to where I had to be so I'll be back next year
