It smelled like dead mouse, look like stains on walls and everywhere

First room didn't have working tub or shower. Room was switched, second room smelled and was not clean. Tv didn't work. Very unhappy

as soon as we walk in the room it smelled like weed and there was some items missing from the room like extra toilet paper

It was a large room with plenty of seats.

Furniture could be updated but was fine and functional.

Nothing I don’t how that hotel is open very dirty and nasty room service disrespectful open the door any time and try to enter the room in different time I waist my money in that poor hotel

Tv didn’t work ac didn’t work very dirty staff couldn’t fix the tv no refrigerator nothing but a bunch of undesirable people in and out

There was no breakfast and I have bedbugs ans broke out in a rash all Over my body they refused to refund my money or get me a new room. There was animal waste in the Corner of the room. The floor was damp filthy and sticky it made my feet and socks black. The bed and sheets had not been washed and 2 of the chairs had what appeared to be the left over markings of and man and women enjoying each other. I tryed to contact booking.com and have gotten nowhere please help me contact who I need to for me to get a refund we left after one evening and we booked the whole weekend as it was memorial day.
