For it not to be a 5 star hotel, it was well kept and very clean

It was locked up and not one person was available!

Clean room and bed. No bugs.

No breakfast, nor coffee in room/anyplace. No indoor contact with manager/clerk.

Decent room at a decent price. The rooms are old but have clearly been kept up fairly well for such an old property.

Staff stays locked in a box day and night like they are scared to deal with you. Rooms are old and dated. The staff took 20+ minutes to check me in when I already had a reservation…..I stood outside in the cold while he talked to me through a small window and filled out my paperwork by hand.

Attitude,rude no heat charged full price, roaches nasty

We book for a non smoking room and get there they do not even have the room we book for .it was 2 twin bed non smoking

Since they did not have the right room we book , we end up with a king bed that was OK but put up in a smoker room and Since I am not a smoker you can smell it in the room bad and there was left over food in the microwave.
