This was a desperate $95 stay from the Eaton Canyon fire zone evacuation. Checked in at 8:30 p.m. and left the premises by 4:30 a.m. The location was not the best, in Azusa, with seedy male characters walking around the parking lot. The bed was absolutely horrible (not sure it was a real mattress); high, too firm, and no blankets were provided; only two pillows, a sheet, and an old bedspread. I pointed out that part of the locking mechanism was missing and was told, "don't worry... we have very nice people staying here..."
