"Good hotel, clean and simple, cheap and a great location."

Great location. Clean and relatively quiet.

We disliked the vertical window blinds. You can see through them if you walk past the room and they let in light. There are lights right outside of the window so it's very bright at night and a concern for privace.

as a former hotel owner, the property was exceptionally clean! Could use some better furniture but being a seasonal hotel I'm not sure if it would translate to increased revenue obviously your formula works, I'm not sure if I would change it Great location to the beach Great hotel!

Location friendly staff

Sorry, the place is really rundown beds are horrible. Interior interior was disgusting TV remote was filthy shower tub. You could hardly stand in.
