The young gentleman at checking was incredibly accommodating and kind, over and above standard customer service. He helped us park our large RV safely and quickly got our 5 reserved room checked in and open to us. The rooms were clean and appear freshly renovated. The added night time security gate made us feel very comfortable on a busy road.

The location has road noise but this is obviously nothing the hotelccan change.

Todo estuvo bien

I thought the design was endearing, the decoration inside was clean and the light up mirror reminded me of home. I liked the television, furniture, bed setup: fengshui.

For some reason, I felt a little uncomfortable that the location was by a busy street, the traffic was a bit noisy during the night and the walls felt thin. I used noise cancelling earbuds, which helped, I could also just be more paranoid than the anxious person, and this was the first time I stayed at this hotel.

Staff was sooo nice and sweet rooms are clean
