The owner was kind and helpful. I had no problem getting checked or settled in. There were plenty of things to watch on the tv, and the internet connection was great. It was quiet enough for us to rest and well worth the price paid.

The couches seemed dirty, and when we were going to use the microwave, there was a dirty film on the platter with a wadded up crusty napkin stuck on top of it. We had to go wash it in the bathroom sink to be able to use it. The freezer had a plastic cup with frozen water in it. There was one live roach we killed and a dead one next to the nightstand.

Easy to find and the room was spotless! The manager changed my room, happily, when I said I couldn’t walk up the stairs. A non-smoking room was actually non-smoking - not a hint of odor!

Coffee in the room - only one serving (just me but I drink 2 cups most days).

Furnishings and decor could use an update, but for the price it's hard to complain

Excellent value for the money. Rooms have slightly dated decor but are clean, quiet and spacious. Water pressure was excellent. The hotel is smoke free. However, the attached bar & restaurant are not. Great pool table as well!
