The balcony view was great, very peaceful

Very outdated rooms. We had a jacuzzi in our room with towels on it and decked out to look like it worked but didn’t even have water hooked up to it. The balcony light didn’t work. Tenants on both sides of us were very loud all through out the night. Yelling and slamming doors. The website said vending machines and there were none and when I went to ask for more coffee for the room the lady was very hateful. And the smell of weed in the elevator was very overwhelming. We paid for 2 nights but after one night with barely any sleep and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, we just left after the first night and moved elsewhere

The coffee was good.

The card key wouldn't work so had to replace it. Also, the metal lever to activate the shower only partially worked.

We always like staying there, plenty of stores and restaurants close by. It’s always clean and staff are friendly.

It’s convenience. I love the peacefulness of the backside of the building. The creek and the ducks out there are a bonus. It was very clean.

The cleaning product they use sent my allergies into to overdrive. If you are at all sensitive, this is not the place to stay. The amenities are lacking. No microwave, no blow dryer

Staff was very courteous room was above what I was expecting

It was close to all the attractions amd had a great view of the river.

There was no shower head in the room and a screw was loose on the door handle. Air conditioner made the room feel damp.

The staff was super nice and helpful, it's an older hotel but they do what they can to keep it clean and functional. Like the fact you have a private balcony with river view on the back and city view on the front. The beds were comfortable and they do housekeeping daily . Will absolutely be going back.
