"W sumie ok."

Statek starszy ale bardzo czysty i zadbany. Niektóre źródła podają 5*, niektóre 4. Wg nas bardziej 4 🙂 i to max. Wygodne łóżko, miła obsługa. Jedzenie serwowane, napoje dodatkowo płatne. Gratis transfer z Hanoi - i juz tu zaczyna się przygoda bo autobus wyglądał jak nasz "ogorek" z lat 80tych 😁 Transfer ok 3h. Ale ogólne wrażenia bardzo plus.

Jeden minus. Poprosiliśmy wino do obiadu, po lampce. Kelner otworzył przy nas butelkę co nikogo w sumie nie zdziwiło po czym policzył 1,5 mln wietnamskich dongów twierdząc, że przecież dla nas otworzył tę butelkę! Niby wszystko w miłej atmosferze ale był to rodzaj wyłudzania ok. 200 zł bo wino nie bylo nawet korkowane tylko zakręcane. Niby nic ale pozostawia niesmak. Tymbardziej, że winko miało jakość naszego lidlowego Souvinion Blanc za jakieś dwie dyszki... Aaaa i co przykre zatoka baaaaaaaardzo zanieczyszczona, mnóstwo śmieci ale to już nie należy do oceny statku.

Todo. Crucero con pocas habitaciones. Todo súper bien planificado e informado. Las excursiones muy chulis y los guías muy majos. Repetiría sin duda.

"Brasileiros na Baia de Halong com a Sapphire Cruises"

Tudo ocorreu perfeitamente como foi contratado, todos sempre simpáticos e solícitos. Nos acomodaram em uma suíte de lua de mel, toda envidraçada, muito espaçosa, confortável, com banheira e vista total para Baia de Halong. Com relação a alimentação foi uma experiência incrível com uma explosão de sabores da cozinha asiática e também muito farta e variada. Foi uma experiência incrível de 2 dias e 1 noite. Recomendo.

Como não falamos muito bem a língua inglesa, tivemos algumas dificuldades com a comunicação com o guia, que poderia ter sido mais atencioso e nos auxiliar com o Google tradutor, que é muito utilizado nessas viagens para o Sudeste Asiático, principalmente com as informações excenciais. Mas não houve maiores problemas.

Power was an amazing tour guide! Very careful with details and he made sure our 3 days on the boat were excellent. All the staff did an incredible job.well done!

Food was really excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent cabin.

Transfer between bus and cruise ship both ways took a long time.

O Cruzeiro é muito bom, os funcionários muito prestativos e gentis. A comida também muito caprichada A cabine excelente e muito limpa

A única coisa que não foi satisfatória foi o serviço que oferecem para translado de Hanoi . Principalmente na volta o onibus não estava com boas condições de higiene e manutenção ( bancos quebrados).
