Cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. a 10 - day advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Please note that full settlement of total reservation in cash or credit card (Visa and Master Card only) is required at least 3 days before departure at the cruise office or via bank transfer. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Chargeable transfer service (by either shuttle or private car) between Hanoi and Hai Phong is available upon request. For cost of service, kindly contact the property directly using contact detail found in the booking confirmation. Drinks or beverages will be charged according to the menu.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
