A 48-hour advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Refund policies are to communicate directly with the property. Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise at least 7 days before departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Wunderbarer Cruise abseits des Massentourismus"

Wir hatten einen großartigen Trip auf dem Unicharm Cruise mit vielen Aktivitäten, die von unserem Tourguide Quang top organisiert waren: Kayak fahren, Trekking auf Cat Ba mit Besuch einer tollen Höhle, Wellenspringen am Sandstrand und morgendliches Radfahren vorbei an Wasserbüffeln. Alles war bestens machbar mit unseren 2 Kindern - es gab ein Kinderfahrrad für den 7-Jährigen und unsere 5-Jährige bekam einen Fahrradsitz. Unsere Kinder haben die Badezeit am Boot geliebt mit dem Highlight, dass sie vom Dach des Beiboots ins Wasser springen durften. Das Essen war vielseitig, immer reichlich und lecker. Wir hatten an Board ein Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstür und grandioser Aussicht. Danke an Quang & das Unicharm Team für die tolle Zeit in der Lan-Ha-Bucht!

"A peaceful and perfect family trip"

The tour guide "Victor" was the best, he was available and very friendly. We did have party, but it was not noisy at all. We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, the sunrise was amazing, the kayaking and island tour was perfect. This is a must do experience, and my family simply loved it. Would recommend it to everyone reading this review.

Everything was perfect, nothing to not like.

It's an amazing cruise, great staff and nice activities. The two day itinerary includes a visit to a very beautiful beach. Food and rooms are good. Overall it's a great cruise with an amazing plan and variety of activities. The views from the rooms are great.

There's no pool, which can be a bit warm. You can bathe by the boat, which we did, but it's not great as there's oil and sometimes trash floating around
