Cruise itinerary & schedule are subject to due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Excursion boat will be used during the 2nd day for deeper exploration of the day. Cabin allocation aboard remains unchanged. Swimming, kayaking, bamboo boat activities may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund. Meals aboard are fusion: Vietnamese food, International food, seafood and vegetarian menu are available for request. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergic or dietary requirements at least 2 days prior to the cruise date. 3-day advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number & visa expiry date for all passengers. Upon check-in on boat, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parents’ passport , must be accompanied by said parents. Special requests are subject to availability, additional charge may be applied. Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong or against, from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact cruise directly for more details about suitable type of transfer, cost, time & pick-up point. Contact details can be found on confirmed booking. For the pick-up service, guests must provide clear address for pick up at least 1 day before cruise departure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. We were in an Executive Double with a balcony suite, staying one night. The whole cruise is lasts about 24 hours and is organised and time managed to get the most out of your stay. Particularly liked the Surprise Cave and Titov Island trips. The staff are so engaging and personable and take care of you so well.

Ha long Bay is extremely popular and there were so many cruise ships along this journey. It’s to be expected I guess but I hadn’t envisaged so many people. Perhaps the Cat Ba Island cruise with less tourists might have been better?

"Lovely smaller boat with very friendly and accomodating staff."

We did the 2 day 1 night cruise which is 24 hours long. The staff were lovely and the program was really well run. We were upgraded to the royal suite which was a really gorgeous room with a huge wrap around balcony.

My comments relate not to the boat but to the destination. There are too many people visiting a small number of tourist accessible destinations in the bay. If I were to visit again I would stay in the boat and skip the over crowded excursions.

Manager was impressive

No activities , i saw other cruises had some music kareoke and dance event. But they are in rush to close all that as they have to do the same for next day

"Good experience, good place, good staffs."

Staffs were friendly and always energetic. They explained things in details. Welcomed us warm. The food were also good. Activities were interesting. View of Ha Long bay was good. Michael, Joyce and all other staffs were all good. Thank you. We had a good time on your cruise. Cam on ban.
