שודרגנו ל-Lyra Grandeur - הספינה היוקרתית. השירות היה מצויין. הצוות (בראשותו של Chris הנחמד) שיחקו המון עם יהב ודאגו לאשתי כשהיא הרגישה לא טוב. האוכל היה טעים. זה הרגיש קצר מדי, כי למעשה היינו חולים כל השהות ולכן בכלל לא ביצענו אף פעילות והרגשנו שהתמורה למחיר לא כ״כ טובה, אבל צריך להיות כנים ולהודות שהקרוז לא אשם בכך. הנופים מהמרפסת בחדר פשוט משוגעים. השקיעות הכי יפות בעולם.

מרגע שביצעתי הזמנה - קיבלתי המון הודעות Scam ב-Whatsapp ובמייל ממתחזים למלון שדרשו שאשלם מראש בכל מיני לינקים מפוקפקים. זה היה מאוד לא נעים. יום לפני ההגעה - המלון ביקש ממני לשלם באותה צורה - והייתי בטוח שמדובר בסקאם ודרשתי לשלם רק במזומן במקום. זה היה מטריד מאוד, כי כל ההודעות (האמיתיות והמזויפות) כללו את הפרטים שלי ואת מספר ההזמנה הנכון. תשמרו על המערכות שלכם מאובטחות בבקשה.

הכל היה מושלם!! הצוות, הניקיון, השירות - פשוט מושלם. אנחנו שומרי כשרות והם יצאו מגדרם להכין לנו אוכל. אפילו הכינו לבקשתנו דג צלוי בנייר כסף. ממליצה מאוד

The cruise exceeded my expectation. The room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views of lan ha bay. The staff were warm, attentive and always helpful. The activities were well organized, the food was delicious, and overall atmosphere felt luxurious and relaxing 🫶🏻

There was nothing major to dislike. If anything, I wish the cruise had been longer because two nights felt to short tu fully enjoy all the facilities and beautiful surroundings.

An absolutely unforgettable experience on Ha Long Bay; the Lyra truly lives up to its reputation as one of the finest vessels sailing these waters. From the moment we boarded, the level of care and attention from the entire team was exceptional. Anna at reception welcomed us warmly and made the whole check-in process seamless, her friendly and genuine personality immediately set the tone for the cruise. The management team deserves enormous recognition. Gin, Chris and Alex ran an incredibly tight and well-coordinated ship (quite literally!) their leadership clearly flows through every member of the crew, and it shows in the quality of every interaction and every detail throughout the journey. A special mention to Sol, who led both the spring roll cooking demonstration and the tai chi class with such enthusiasm and warmth. The spring roll class was hands-on, fun and delicious, and the morning tai chi on the sun deck with the karst mountains as a backdrop was one of those truly magical travel moments we will never forget. The Sky Suite was beautifully appointed, the food was outstanding across all three meals, and the kayaking and cave excursions were perfectly organised. Every aspect of the cruise exceeded our expectations.

ביוזמתה של Sarah ( כנראה מהמכירות) שודרגנו לספינה החדישה ביותר במחיר נוח ( היינו 7 ב 3 חדרים), כתבתי לשרה מראש שיתכן ולא יהיו טיסות עקב המצב והיא הסכימה לשנות את תאריך הביטול. לשמחתנו הגענו להפלגה- התנאים היו מושלמים- הסוויטות, הצוות, האוכל, שני הסיורים ( לאי ולמערות), אפשריות הבילוי לילדים- המגלשה , מיני גולף ועוד

"Badly planned, overly expensive, extremely bad food to stay in an almost stationaly cruise ship."

The rooms were clean the staff were friendly

The cruise planning was not ideal we spend two hours in a small boat heading up and down the main cruise ship hardly move and is almost stationary so you are paying to just stay at a docking boat. The food was horrible all three meals were worse really bad. Some of the food was dry lacked taste the produce was not fresh

"Wonderful"

The staff are extremely wonderful, especially Melissa at the restaurant and Tom, the manager. They made the stay very seamless for us. The excursions were amazing! Definitely can’t miss the cave tour.

The spa is situated in a high noise area (near the poker, karaoke and movie rooms). While the massages were fantastic, it was very loud which took away from the relaxing experience.
